Position:
Coordinator Management Accounting
Work Location: Sorowako

Purpose of the Role:
To coordinate management accounting processes, which includes month-end closing activities, managing GL accounts, Opex WBS and Cost Center structure and providing any management accounting data, reports or analysis to all stakeholders.

Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for costing month end closing process to be carried timely, accurately and to ensure that the SAP system (controlling module) is running properly.
2. Ensure that day-to-day costing system is running properly, and proactively troubleshoot or seek solutions for any problems related to the costing system; to maintain the chart of account and all CO module related in the SAP system in a proper way.
3. To support manager of financial planning and analysis in the budgeting process and forecasting process; to ensure the budget and forecast data from Financial Analysts are compiled and maintained, as well as to ensure the validity of the data.
4. To coordinate and to provide for inventory adjustment, analysis of specific inventory value as required, and ensure the balance of inventory control account is monitored.
5. To prepare and to coordinate the preparation of management accounting reports as required by Finance Dept., department/areas, PTVI Management and/or Corporate in regular basis and ad-hoc request.
6. Take ownership of some GL accounts related to costing and prepare the monthly reconciliation for the accounts.
7. To support manager of financial planning and analysis in providing any management accounting related data and information to all stakeholders

Technical Specializations:
1. Management accounting reports
2. SAP system control and maintenance.
3. Good working knowledge of accounting information, while keeping up to date with changing financial rules and regulations.
4. Good English skill both verbal and written.
5. Familiar with PowerBl application.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting (Mandatory).
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting/financial process.
3. Fluent in English and Bahasa.
