1. HR STAFF
Job responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for providing HR Function services with special responsibilities to provide information to employees regarding policies, procedures, regulations and to help ensure that personnel functions comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Job requirement:
S1 from all majors
Having good negotiation skills, public speaking, and analytical thinking.
Have experience with similar positions minimum 1 year
Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
2. HR SUPERVISOR
Job responsibilities:
Conducting the recruitment and placement process of employees in accordance with the plan to add employees based on company policies and applicable government regulations so that needed employees are available and meet the principles of the right person in the right position.
Job requirement:
S1 from all majors
Having good interview, negotiation, organizational development, and analytical thinking skills.
Having experience as HR Supervisor min. 2-3 years.
Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
3. ELECTRONIC ENGINEER
Job responsibilities:
Diagnose electronic faults for essential electrical and electronic equipment on vessel
Repair electronic problems to working condition (electrical appliences, communication & navigation equiment, heavy equipment, and power & control equipment)
Clearly explain diagnosis and repair process
Service electronic devices
Analyze damage of electrical and electronic equipment
Written reporting in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Job requirement:
Minimum Diploma of Electronics Engineering
3 years of electronics troubleshooting experience
Hardworking, discipline, honest, willing to learn, and responsible
Based in Banjarmasin office but will have to commute for technical troubleshooting
